Robert McFarland

Robert McFarland is the Executive Director, SMB Marketing for Cox Business. His responsibilities include acquisition, customer lifecycle marketing and retention for the SMB segment. Robert delivers strong revenue growth, record-setting marketing ROI and industry-leading retention. Prior to Cox, Robert held senior marketing leadership roles at BellSouth/AT&T, Microsoft and Orkin. He has 25 years of consumer and business-to-business marketing experience in a range of industries including telecommunications, software and home services. Robert has a diverse marketing background in a variety of areas including marketing strategy, brand management, advertising, digital marketing, marketing analytics, product marketing and pricing. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University. He lives with his wife and three children in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert has a passion for international travel and has recently started learning to play classical guitar.
