Ken Kraft, Vice President, Cox Business Marketing – Cox Communications
Ken Kraft is vice president of marketing for Cox Business, Cox Communications’ $1.9 billion division that provides video, voice and data telecommunications services to businesses of all sizes. In this role, Kraft is responsible for segment marketing, demand generation, brand, product marketing, pricing, digital marketing, and marketing communications to accelerate new customer acquisition and customer retention.
Susan Armstrong. President & CEO Armstrong Chamberlin Strategic Marketing
Susan Armstrong is President & CEO of Armstrong Chamberlin Strategic Marketing, the marketing company she founded in 1981. Susan began her agency after spending 10 years in journalism, public relations and advertising positions. The business has 12 employees and is consistently ranked by the Wichita Business Journal in the top ten advertising agencies for Wichita.
Wayne Bell’s professional background includes extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, combined with a thorough understanding of the small business environment in Kansas.
Before federal employment, Mr. Bell held leadership positions at Raytheon Aircraft Company, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, and with private manufacturing firms in Hutchinson, Kansas. He also gained experience in small business as a partner in a Wichita-based service firm.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Bell attended Wichita State University (WSU) and earned both an Executive MBA and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. While an undergraduate, he participated in “Shocker Athletics” as a member of the WSU football team.
John Dascher, President and CEO e2e Accelerator, Inc.
Before accepting the role of President and CEO of the e2e Accelerator, Mr. Dascher worked in Denmark as an Investment Director for two early-stage venture capital funds with a combined capital base of over $200 million. During this time, he held chairmanships, CEO and CFO positions with several companies in his portfolio. He enjoys being an active mentor to entrepreneurial teams and has played instrumental roles in creating and establishing operations in many of the companies he has invested it.
Carlos Fernandez, CEO/Co-Founder, Clutch Studio & Partner, Page Out, LLC
His heart tells his why and his hands show his how. Carlos Fernandez is a rising entrepreneur in the tech world. And while his work has taken him from Silicon Valley to the Oval Office, TWICE, he doesn’t allow his accolades or his fanfare to change him. His goal is to help others succeed.
“My why is to represent change,” Fernandez said. “When people see me, I want them to be inspired. I’m still working on my legacy, but I do know I want to spark positive change.”
Creating change hasn’t come easy for Fernandez, 31, Managing Partner for Page Out, LLC and Co-Founder of Clutch Studio, a mobile app-house. Page Out is a mobile application for volunteer firefighters and EMS responders that allows for a quick and easy assessment of resources and availability.
Scott Redler, Co-Founder & COO Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
Scott Redler is a professional restaurateur and entrepreneur. He has created and launched varying restaurant concepts from five-star dining to business and industry dining. Redler is the co-founder and COO of the fast-casual restaurant franchise, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. He, along with his partners, launched Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in 2002 in Wichita, Kan., franchised in 2004, and the restaurant concept now reaches coast to coast.
