Allen Vance, owner of Work In Progress
As the owner of Work In Progress, a coworking and meeting space in Las Vegas, Allen has a tremendous passion for creating environments and connections that help small businesses and start-ups succeed.
This passion is a culmination of years spent as an executive within large international banking and resort companies. Allen decided to combine his desire of trying and experimenting with new concepts and technologies by starting Let’s Rally, a full-service digital agency.
While the commitment to both companies takes up most of his time, Allen enjoys rooting for Duke basketball, his graduate school, with his wife and two young children.

Tim Washer, stand-up comedian, a video producer, and corporate humorist
Tim studied improv under Amy Poehler, comedy writing with Tom Purcell, executive producer of The Colbert Report, and has appeared on SNL, Conan O’Brien, Onion Sports Network, and HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. He’s emceed events featuring Pixar CEO John Lasseter, Emmy-Winner Tony Hale (VEEP, Arrested Development) and Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu.
Tim has performed at corporate events for IBM, Cisco, Deloitte, CDC, Google and The White House. His award-winning corporate work has been featured in The New York Times, WSJ, Ad Age, ADWEEK, and Fast Company. He has presented at Content Marketing World Sydney, SXSW and Forrester’s CMO Council. He holds an MBA from McCombs at UT Austin, where he majored in PowerPoint.
